What are signatures?

A signature is a piece of text and wikicode which identifies you as the author of a block of text. It contains an automatic link to your user page, making it easy for others to learn more about you and communicate with you. The date contained in the signature also indicates how current the discussion is and the order in which comments were made.

Tecna's Help

Hi! I, Tecna, will guide you through creating your own signature.

Step 1: Add Color to your font.

First, make a page called User:<insert name here>/Sig1.

After that, follow these steps:

Adding color to your font is nice for it won't be all black.

Put: Your Result:
<span style="color:cyan;"></span>
Bloom

Step 2: Add a Picture

Adding pictures adds an amazing effect on the signature.

Put: Your Result:

Step 3: Add the background

It is nicer if you also add a background because it adds beauty to your creation.

Put: Your Result:
<span style="padding-left:6px;background-color:cyan; border:3px;1em 0em 0em 1em"><span style= "font-size:15px; font-family: Times new roman;">Flora123</span>[</span>> Flora123

Step 4: Mix 'n' Match

Add the picture to the background!

Put: Your Result:
<span style="padding-left:6px;background-color:cyan; border:3px;1em 0em 0em 1em"><span style= "font-size:15px; font-family: Times new roman;">Flora123</span></span>>

Step 5: Mix & Match

Adding a border removes the plain style of the background.

Put: Your Result:
<span style="padding-left:6px; background-color:cyan; border:3px dotted white;1em 0em 0em 1em">Flora123</span> Flora123463px-Bloom Winx Stock Art 2

Step 5: Finish it up!

Move your mouse to your profile. Then click Preferences.

Scroll down a bit. Where a signature part shows up, click the custom signature box. Then type in or the name of your subpage.
